Gift Card Won’t Pay For Stuff
I put $165 into a SecureSpend Visa gift card I got from Dollar General, and yet it won't work. I've tried to buy things using it, and it's saying it's not going through.
I either want a refund or a new card.
It's not expired; its expiration date is 04/33, so I don't know what to do. I want my money or stuff.

My card keeps getting declined

SOMEONE FREAKING STOLE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT FROM NY
i got a card with 100 dollars earlier today and i come to try to buy something and it says someone from new york and im in michigan took money out of my account they took $66.90 out of my account i had about 80 in their now im left with 20 .. pleaseee help me

Gift card issue
Im still unable to obtain $50 from the card. Fortunately the other funds were finally available because Amazon refunded the amount.
The $50 was used at BestBuy.com. The transaction still says pending. I contacted bestbuy support and had them cancel the order, but since they were never able to obtain the funds from Secure Spend, they werent able to refund my money. The funds were taken out but for some reason never sent to bestbuy as if it was frozen.
I can NOT make a transaction complaint because when I do that transaction does NOT appear. So my money is stuck in their system and I have absolutely no possible way of speaking to an agent. Their service number is completely automated. Useless at that!
Its unprofessional for a company this large to continue to take money from people and NOT have a care in the world to fix any issues they may face while using their cards. Like a fool I bought another and had almost the same situation happen again. Luckily after a few tries it worked. $50 may not seem like much to many people, but I work hard for my money and I dont have much of it.
I cant afford to lose money, especially like this. Today was the last time I purchase one of those cards. I appreciate Pissedoffcustomer trying to help resolve my issue! It has nothing to do with them and yet they have done much more for me then SecureSpend which actually has done nothing!

Dont purchase the SecureSpend gift cards. They seem to be having more & more issues without the possibility of being resolved!!

I purchased a $240 gift card spoke with the dispute team the day after j bought it because the card was fake the numbers on it didn't match the receipt would not register on the website or over the phone I finally got a dispute form from them filled it out took pictures of the card the packaging receipts all that they asked for only for them to tell me my emails were not received so I resent every thing again while on the phone with them and again not received have made sure it was the same email they gave me including dispute number done this repeatedly and they have gone even as far as saying everything was received but still blank even after taking pictures of the filled out forms and sending that in this company is a complete scam I do not know how they are still allowed in stores

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund.
I put $250 on my card to pay my electricity bill, but it wouldn't accept it online or in the store. So now, my power is shut off and I have to pay an extra $350 to have it turned back on.
I can't believe this is happening. Can somebody please help me?

Pending transaction
My account has a pending transaction that has not posted for more than 7 days. You can't speak to anyone and your website is no help. I am out 300 dollars and no one will help me!!

Good afternoon/ morning every time Im trying to order something it not working and I money on it and the respiration date is on 09/31 and I have 25.90 on it I need that money to buy important stuff, so can you please whoever uncharged help me with that card because it not even arrived the day of respiration yet.
Preferred solution: I would like to be able to order my stuff like I did the first time I got the card.

I have money on the card an and it not working
When Im trying to order my stuff I can not order them and I already wrote a review already so I dont know why you people making me write another one again the only thing I need right now is for yall to reset my card so I can order my things. And also you people give us yall number to call and yall not taking yall phone so what the reason, give me my money back?

Verified ReviewerAn illegal fraud charge was committed on my account my money was completely drained from my account except for $1 and calling this business they did nothing to help me find who took out the money
They do not care and they won't even research if there's fraud committed on your account. I was paying my auto insurance and my money was completely drained out of my account by an unauthorized individual they would not help me look into fraud and get my money back. They don't care and they will do nothing to help you do not get this cardDO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
