- I bought a $40 Securespend Mastercard gift card 2 days ago.
- Two purchases were $15 and $9.
- A third transaction failed; I couldn't reach support.
This company is weird. They do not have direct access to anything! I have told them my case through e-mail so many times is not even funny.
Please, about 2 days ago, I bought a Securespend Mastercard gift card for $40.00. I made 2 purchases: one for $15.00 and the other one for $9.00.
I tried to use it again for another transaction, and it did not work.
Please help. I tried to contact you many times with no luck.

My cards are on hold and customer service isn’t answering
didn't help me, asked my name, told me wrong number when it was the right one, and gave me a wrong number to call.

- Card is on hold; $200 remains unavailable.
- Requests to unsuspend or remove the hold and to be contacted.
Hello, my name is Jason Harry, and I have a card that is on hold. My amount is still $200.
They will not allow me to use it. I was wondering if it was suspended or put on hold.
If you guys could unsuspend it or take it off hold so that I can use it, I would really appreciate it. If you have any concerns or questions, you can contact me anytime.
Preferred solution: I would like to just use my card because I have money on there and I can't be available to use it there was no way for me to contact a customer service to talk with on the phone

Can you use the card at atm to withdraw money

Horrible service. Can not contact them through email, Phone calls go to foreign country and not able to understand most of what they say on phone.Car does not work and large amount of money lost.
Card would not go through with online payment, tried many times and did not go through. Now the card is on hold and not able to use it for anything. A large amount of money lost.
