I discovered my card was used, but I did not make the purchases. I am also pissed at the of on-line repeated information and double talk that leads you in circles.

No customer service to speak with. Card is declined n there's money on it.
Can't get in touch with anyone. I'm turning it over to the better business bureau.
It's not much on the card thank God! But y'all are extremely unprofessional

I'll eat this little money, but I will let everyone know not to buy from your company. It's such a pity not to have a legitimate number. I'll be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau!

Using card 3d secure verification
How do I do this so I can use my card for payment This is a problem and I could use an instructional if available cause the directions received on refusal to proceed with payment message doesn't say spit that helps. Please and thank you

Intended vendor will not accept securespend prepaid visa card
Called number on card (number on web is wrong) 1/13 requesting refund. Was told a check would arrive in 2 to 3 weeks.
Called 1/28 was put on hold, call was disconnected after about 5 minutes. Called again & was told if not received by 2/18 to call again & the case will be escalated. That call was about 10 min. Called 2\19 1st call 2 mins 49 sec put on hold & disconnected.
2nd call 15 mins 8 sec on hold 3 times during call & disconnected. 3rd call 11 min 43 sec was told to wait another 10 days. Asked for supervisor. Was told it was escalated which was all they could do.
The "investigation" & decision was made by someone else.
I asked to talk to someone involved with the decision & was told they don't have a number for them. I suspect the delays are intended to frustrate me so I will give up.

Fraudulent charges on my card. Your website won't let me log in and the number on the back of the card is of no help

Every time I go to use it, I receive a message saying the transaction did not go through, try another card. I loaded $500 on this card and it is completely useless.
I am not happy now. Truthfully, I hate your card and I need to speak to someone to resolve my issue.

I called the number, no help at all. Then they blocked my number. I cant even put it on my google play.
