Its prepaid and should be able to use it on whatever you want but I guess not and they need to tell you that up front instead of just leaving the transaction on pending this secure spend card and company is a rip off and should be shut down

My Card is not working. Can't call Customer service because Says wrong number. Really frustrated with everything

My card is not working. I am currently out of town.

I've spent my money on this card and I would like someone to email me or give me a call soon. I have tried to call over 10 times and have not received any customer service. I would like someone to give me a call or send my money back now.

This is not great customer service at all, but I do want my money. If you cannot provide my money on my card, please replace my card with a new one.
