I just needed someone to ask how could i use my card when i had balance on it for $82.26. I LOST THE CARD but Amazon had the 4 digits but you guys decline my card. without speaking to a human it was unresolved

Its prepaid and should be able to use it on whatever you want but I guess not and they need to tell you that up front instead of just leaving the transaction on pending this secure spend card and company is a rip off and should be shut down

I have a card that been having issues after I tried to use it at a gas station. This been over three months and I keep getting the run around from the customer service line

Like I said, the issue was not resolved in getting my money back. But MGM did not find an account. Set up with mine or my wife's name on it or our email and I want my money. So no. I'm fixing the report UL to the Better Business Bureau to get them to stop that card from being put out for people to use because their money is being stolen by people.
