They took my money
I bought a card from Family Dollar and went home to use it online. It got denied, so I called, and they said someone called 30 minutes before saying that it was his card. Needless to say, I'm screwed out of my money.

This company is weird. They do not have direct access to anything! I have told them my case through e-mail so many times is not even funny.
Please, about 2 days ago, I bought a Securespend Mastercard gift card for $40.00. I made 2 purchases: one for $15.00 and the other one for $9.00.
I tried to use it again for another transaction, and it did not work.

They will not allow me to use it. I was wondering if it was suspended or put on hold.

Horrible service. Can not contact them through email, Phone calls go to foreign country and not able to understand most of what they say on phone.Car does not work and large amount of money lost.
