This company is weird. They do not have direct access to anything! I have told them my case through e-mail so many times is not even funny.
Please, about 2 days ago, I bought a Securespend Mastercard gift card for $40.00. I made 2 purchases: one for $15.00 and the other one for $9.00.
I tried to use it again for another transaction, and it did not work.
Please help. I tried to contact you many times with no luck.

I need a link my address to the card
I need help linking my address to my card. It appears when it was registered I couldn't add my address to the card.
I need somebody to help me add my address to the card. If there's any way I can link my card with an address, that would be awesome.
Issue with recently purchased card.
Bought a card to buy one item only for the card to get declined repeatedly because of their security measures. I understand why its there, but they have no clear instructions on where to contact them and ask to bypass these measures.
