Secure Spend Giftcard
Hello,
A while back I purchased one of your companies secure spend gift cards. I put 180 dollars on it and tried to spend some online.
I was met with a declining of the card due to the bank not letting me use it. I previously activated the card and made sure the correct amount I needed was there. It has been days that the payment has been pending and I contacted the merchant and they told me it didnt go through on their end. I feel scammed of my money because since the amount is pending I cant try to use it again.
I have tried contacting the number provided for customer service but all I get is a bot.
I hope youll get back to me in hopes of a solution. Thank you.

Frustrated the wait time for refund very lengthy and they just kept repeating that's the policy.
They say it will take up to 90 days to resolve which will be by December 18, 2024

Ive had the same issues with the same frustration. So far half was refunded after canceling purchases.
Its absolutely ridiculous and incompetent on their part to NOT have access to a live agent, especially when their system clearly has issues.
The phone number for SecureSpend customer care is (800) 571-****.
The address is P.O. Box 826, Fortson, GA 31808.
User's recommendation: Try this phone number to resolve any issues. Also avoid purchasing this card. The very first word in the company name is a complete lie. There is nothing secure about this card. Unless you don’t mind losing your funds.

Problem with purchasing (visa provision service)
So, I'm trying to pay online for a transaction and every time I try, it keeps saying either 'error' or 'failed' or that the payment failed. Then, every time I refresh or log in to check my balance, it says 'Declined: Visa Provision Service'.
I have no idea what that means, but it's stopping me from buying anything. However, the card is still working because it's saying that it's trying to process the payment but gets declined.

Resolved: Gift card
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After a week, I was finally able to speak to a human. They fixed the issue.
Bought a gift card at Wal-Mart and logged in to create a pin and check balance. I went to check balance again and it gives me an error.
Over and over and over again.
I waited over 24 hours and still can't access or use this card. Every time i call the number on the back of the card it conveniently hangs up at the same time every time.

I would like to know why I cant add my SecureSpend card to the Paypal platform. It always tells me This card has been declined.
Contact the card issuer. I also tried to go to the SecureSpend.com page to check my balance, but it tells me that there is no card registered.

Card not working and the the last 4 digits don’t match the card itself
