My card was used in a scam. It was supposed to be a car rental place, and I found out it was a clothing place.

I called secure spin.com. Over 90 days ago they were supposed to replace the card.
Then never replace the card the website bet.
MGM never found a email account with my name on it. There was.Over $200 taken off.The card that has not been replaced back and I want my money
Like I said, the issue was not resolved in getting my money back. But MGM did not find an account.
Set up with mine or my wife's name on it or our email and I want my money.
So no. I'm fixing the report UL to the Better Business Bureau to get them to stop that card from being put out for people to use because their money is being stolen by people.
Want to know if my card is going to be in reimburse.The 190 something dollars that was taken off my card by M g m bet dot com

I just needed someone to ask how could i use my card when i had balance on it for $82.26. I LOST THE CARD but Amazon had the 4 digits but you guys decline my card. without speaking to a human it was unresolved

I never got to speak with anyone at Secure Spend. I kept getting a busy signal despite dozens of calls.
When I went online I kept going in circles. All I ever got was a canned recording which was of no use at all. There is no way to speak to a live customer service representative. There are no options to even speak to a real person.
The unauthorized purchases, each for $50 (a total of four on the same day) could not be disputed let alone resolved because I never had the chance to speak to a live person. I am extremely unsatisfied with this company.
The Master Card debit card for $250 was a gift from my cousin. We both have been royally screwed by this disreputable company!
User's recommendation: DO NOT PURCHASE A SECURE SPEND VISA OR MASTERCARD DEBIT CARD FROM THIS COMPANY. IN MY OPINION THEY ARE FRAUDS!

I purchased a gift card on the eleventh of June 2025 at 7-11 in Hollister, CA. I was able to make one purchase at Quick Stop, then I got blocked from using my card.
Now I can't access funds. Can you possibly send me a virtual card or something?

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Secure spend removed the pending transaction and put the amount back on card
Its prepaid and should be able to use it on whatever you want but I guess not and they need to tell you that up front instead of just leaving the transaction on pending this secure spend card and company is a rip off and should be shut down
I had a unauthorized perches for my whole 45 dollars
well I went to the dollar general so I could buy another visa prepaid card so I can interact with the beautiful woman on the site and I was told I didn't have anything at all

Fraudulent activity on card
I purchased this card with intentions of paying bills since I no longer have a bank account! I have be fraudulent activity on several bank account and my social security!
I purchased this card and by the very next morning when I was intending to pay bills there was only 1.93 cents left out of my 500$ card purchase!
I did not make any of the charges when I checked to see where it had been used, I fact I was not familiar with some of the places the card was used!
I know I was sent a case number to refer to when contacting and I believe this was mistaking deleted! Im hoping you will refund my money promptly as I live on my social security income and this has been a difficult few weeks with $500 less than expected to live on!

Cards have money in them cant use it to pay for anything cant get anybody on the phone worst company ever
